Timing Predictions

Accurate timing is the hallmark of expert astrology. It requires combining multiple timing systems: Dashas (planetary periods), transits (current planetary positions), and other factors like solar returns and progressions.

The key principle is that an event manifests when both Dasha and transit support it. The Dasha provides the potential and broad timing, while transits act as immediate triggers.

Advanced timing also considers the strength of involved planets, aspects from transiting planets, and the overall chart's readiness for specific types of events.

Primary timing comes from Mahadasha and Antardasha, which show when certain life themes are active. Secondary timing comes from transits, especially of Saturn, Jupiter, and Rahu-Ketu.

The event's nature must match both the Dasha lord's significations and the transiting planets' influences. For example, marriage typically requires Venus period activation plus Jupiter/Venus transits to the 7th house.

Tertiary timing factors include lunar transits, Ashtakavarga strength, and divisional chart activations, which provide final precision for event timing.
